Your printer(s) should be automatically mapped to the cloud from your local desktop through the parallels app. If you are unable to see your printer in QuickBooks or print from QuickBooks check the following.
- Make sure you can print ok from the local desktop
- If you are unable to print from your local desktop, you will not be able to print from the cloud.
- If you are able to print from your local desktop, or can't even see the printer in the quickbooks cloud, it's likely that during the login process connecting to the cloud, an error occurred when mapping and connecting your local printer to the cloud. To resolve this close out of QuickBooks completely, then open the Parallels Client application on your desktop, find your connection on the left hand side, right click the connection and choose "Log Off"
