This article applies to Outlook 2010 and earlier.
Outlook has a feature known as AutoComplete that suggests names as you start typing in the "To:" or "CC:" fields. We always suggest setting up a new Outlook profile when setting up your new Kerio account, and the auto-config tool, will always create a new profile in Outlook. The problem that arises, is that the "AutoComplete" feature is tied to the Outlook Profile, where it was the name was originally learned. So when you have created a new Kerio Profile, the AutoComplete feature either has to re-learn your commonly used email addresses or you have to copy the AutoComplete data from the old profile to the new profile.
The AutoComplete data is stored in a .NK2 file, which is found C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook.
To copy the AutoComplete data to the new profile you just need to make a copy of the old AutoComplete .NK2 file, (which will have the same name as the old profile) and rename it to the new profile name.
